Hi,

I ordered a Bose Bluetooth mini speakers Order #15596. They have delivered a broken speaker and it does not turn on. The customer service does not answer my calls nor do they reply to emails. Before the delivery i confirmed with them about the exchange/return options. No action taken. I also saw that lot of other customers have complaints about the same company and same product. Please do something!
