I got the transparent heels. but have not yet gotten the Bow top delivery.
On October 10th, I received the Skyla coordinate set. My issue began with the Skyla coordinate set.
I contacted their WhatsApp customer service number. They are slow to respond, to start. They don’t react appropriately.
I then contact them via their Instagram account. There was a lot of back and forth. This is the problem.
1. The size chart for this particular coord set on their website lists two different measurements for the size small.
The waist size range for size S is 26 inches to 28 inches in the images. However, their size chart indicates that the waist size for the size small is 26 inches.
2. The item I received is the incorrect size. The waist is 30 inches in circumference.
The waist and hips of the shorts are larger than their listed small size, and they are extremely long. The top’s dimensions are also larger than those that are indicated on their website.
3. I shared pictures of the piece’s measurements with them on Instagram and WhatsApp.
4. They insisted that the size delivered was accurate but that the measurements of the piece delivered were larger, refusing to acknowledge their error.
5. They won’t even let me exchange it for the right size I ordered; they won’t even accept a return and issue a refund.
They gave it to me in the wrong size and aren’t willing to exchange it for the right one or admit that they were wrong.
6. They requested that I have it changed. This outfit is delicately made.
7. I went to my tailor anyway. Additionally, he attested that the waist size is 30 inches, which is not a size small according to the vendor’s website’s size chart.
8. The tailor advised against having the item of clothing altered because doing so might cause damage.
9. As a result, I requested that femi9 send this item back and replace it with the correct size I had ordered.
10. They won’t acknowledge that they sent the incorrect size by mistake. They won’t acknowledge their error. They won’t let me exchange it for the right size, which I ordered and paid for in full.
11. They claimed they could modify it but they couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t sustain damage. In the event that the modification is incorrect, they decline to accept responsibility.
12. I am forced to wear a garment that is extremely expensive and costs INR 27,999.
13. They have been speaking to me in a very rude manner, and the entire situation has been VERY upsetting. Never encountered a situation like this. They made a mistake, and as a result, I ended up having an anxiety attack.
I have all of the screenshots and images of the products they have listed on their website, as well as the sizing chart, pictures of the order that was delivered to me and measurements proving without a doubt that it was the incorrect size, and all of the conversations.
