I recently purchased an outfit from them, but unfortunately, I encountered problems with both the fitting and stitching. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them, I received absolutely no response from their end. It is quite perplexing that their customer service number is still active when they make no effort to assist their customers. They merely inquired about the issue and outright refused to provide a refund.
