I ordered a double offer (Buy one and get one free) JBL headphones and ear dopes. But these people not even delivered quality products. I received a china-made very local duplicate headset only. I complained in Consumer Court.

I have book some products from festways website on 17 March 2021 and they don’t send any message or alert of tracking order or id of that booked item and today they suddenly send me link and alert by message that today item is out for delivery by delhivery partner and so, today I open the festways website and the website is not opening I think that is fake and if I got wrong or worst so, then what i do 😞
Plz….. Help me 😭 me out from this condition… 🙏🙏
