FF Amazon task platform – Grabbing orders,recharging amount and not paying the money back

I was enticed to join the platform because the task is grabbing orders and they will give you commision.The VIP level 0 is okey but when you go to VIP 1,2,3-that’s where the problem lies.as you complete the task,the higher the recharge will be.they even freeze the money if you will not complete the 2/2task.after completing the task,they ask you to recharge so that you can pay 20% tax.the tax that you will be paying will depend on the money in your account.not just the amount for the commission you got from the platform. I already recharge almost 70k but to no avail,i haven’t got the money back. I already has 96k in my platform account but i needed to pay 20%of that. I don’t have money already.i tried to contact the consumer help then someone emailed me,i don’t know if from the accounts departments of amazon.before they will give me my refund,i need to pay 10% as processing fee. I explained to them to just less it from the account that i am refunding but they refused.they even said that my hope on refund i denied. I loaned the amount i used to fund my platform account and now i don’t know where to get the money to repay friends. I just want to share my experience to warn others. If anyone here got their money back,please help me.thank you
