I apply for this online platform to earn a basic salary . But this happens i have applied for vip1. I am complaining because i cannot withdraw my frozen amount . It says that i didnt finish my task . But i cannot afford it anymore because i cash in for almost 23 ,000 pesos and i spend all my money for it .

I just want to complain with the system of FFAMAZON PTE.LD LAST AUGUST 20,2022 I applied to their platform and make a recharge on VIP 2 THE FIRST TRY IS GOOD I WITHDRAW MY CASH IN WITH A COMMISSION BUT ON MY SECOND RECHARGE WITH THE SAME VIP2 BECAUSE I CANT AFFORD YET THE VIP3 I GOT 20TASK TO BE FINISH BUT DURING THE TASK THE SYSTEM PLACE ORDER THAT I NEED to recharge because I can’t continue until I fill in the insufficient balance until I reach the 19th task but 4995 again the insufficient balance so I ask my tutor if I will risk my remaining money this might not happen to the last task she rest ASSURED that yes I can finish my task but unfortunately the task has insufficient balance of 11k and on that I really can’t finish the task so I plead to them that even without my commission let me withdraw my money but they don’t want to so my money got stock on them and insisting me to recharge 11thousand ..so pls help us their system made the order but when no one grab it they force client to cash in and won’t able to withdraw back our own money
