Hi,
I am writing this complaint against a travel agency named “SAI GURU TRAVELS “. Actually, I was looking for a travel agent for a couple of tatkal train reservation. So i just make registration on “Sulekha” and after completing registration instantly I got a call from a travel agent named Deepak Arora (phone no. 78147 83403). He promised me to give the tickets for 20.04.2019. He asked me to transfer 2400 Rs in advance in his account number. He provided me bank details on WhatsApp. The bank details provided by the agent is

I transferred 2400 in his account at the on the date i.e.19.04.2019 around 11.20.00 am..after transaction he texts me I will send you tickets after 10 mins..but after 5 mins he blocked me.. I called him so many times but he switched off his number.. I tried to WhatsApp him from another number..but he blocked all the numbers from which I was texting him on WhatsApp. So i request you to please help me to get my money back and punish them.
