I received a completely different, cheap quality looking and an incomplete product package from the company Fiminga, I found on one of the adverts on Google. The order I received is completely different than what I originally ordered. I had sent an email to initiate the refund process but there seems to be no response from the company. Poor service quality and poor grievance redressal. The company comes across as not genuine. I want my money back. Concerned authorities please take note of such scam companies running amok.
