This is Shashikant.
I have availed resume gulf blast package from findscareers.com for jobs opportunities in gulf countries.I have registered in findscareers website in the month of July. After registration one relation ship manager has been assigned to me. Since last 3 -4 month i have received only 3/4 nos. jobs from them though it was ensured by the Sr. Manager ( Mr.Abhinav ) that minimum 2 -3 jobs opportunities would be sent on weekly basis. And you would have to send the mail directly on the companies mail id mentioned in the job related mail only. So far nothing has been done. No action is being taken by the finds careers they are irresponsible no courtesy to the customers whoever have availed the package. I have paid 4500 /- rs and i think that i have been caught in trap. I have called on the customer care number also but its unreachable.
No job related mail has been received since last 2 month. Whenever i had called my relation ship manager she simply ask same repeated questions although same is already available in there customer profile portal. Just they are doing time pass. There biggest profession is to find the job seekers and lure them to avail their packages. After registration of the candidature they don’t bother a lot about them.
Request your kind attention in this regard and help the job seeker to find there dream jobs.If unable to provide the said service then request to reimburse the amount invested to the undersigned.
