FIREBOLTT – Product related isuues

I want to highlight this issue to firebolt management if the customer care team forces me to pay300/- for repair without inspection.

I request you to please check my previous mail regarding this matter and revert me back.
Why did your team send the same emails regarding repairs..?
As I said , the product was not externally damaged and misused.
Without any inspection how can firebolt declare that product is externally damaged…?
As a customer this situation from firebolt is very disappointing.

It’s clear if my product is under warranty and the display went blank without any damages (not a single scratch) then I need replacement for my product.

If there are any further steps I need to take then I will go for it. Please suggest ASAP.
