I have made an order and its been already 2 weeks I am trying to reach them through mails but they are not responding to any of my mail. I have purchased a bag. I have got a msg where it was mentioned that I will get confirmation mail for dispatched of order. But I haven’t got any msg or mail from them. I want refund of my money
