I paid Rs 18k for the purchase of Realme mobile through phonepe – Q82559564@ybl (Nitesh Kumar Singh) and the order id is 17198 (on 16th Sept 2019). Now, when iam trying to call customer care , it is not getting connected (1800 102 4605), i tried multiple times for 2 days. Looks like a fradulent website and a fake company. Please take action.

I had ordered Realme 5 Pro on 09/11/2019 with the order number: 6282 and made the payment to Nitesh Kumar Singh. I was informed that they will deliver it within 5-7 working days. However, there is no sign of delivery. I have tried contact them however; they are not responding.
Now i am anxious that this is a fraud website. Do you have any suggest to get my money back? Need help.
I have also ordered a realme 5 pro phone.
I ordered realme 5 pro on 11th sep 2019 order no is 5353 yet not received my mobile and customer care is also not getting connected.
