No response from them

Dear Sir
I ordered for Dry Fruits from Fit and Flexible on 30/10/2021 for Rs 1466 using my credit card ( Paid to Razorpay
orden no. IFUzFPS5smZb3i ) thinking that they are supplying the material at concession rate for Diwali mistaking this for a genuine supplier . I am yet to receive any intimation from them so far.
Kindly do the needful to initiate action against such fraud, fake suppliers and arrange for the refund.
