The watch is not working properly ans it does not contain all the features that are displayed in the marketing shown. That’s the reason I wanted to return this product…..so it’s an request to u to plz take away thus product… as I m not happy with this product as it has been displayed while marketing. As specifications are shown there are only few which are working and rest of them are not working properly or not been able to connect to the device….so it’s an request to be taken away……I am really disappointed by this product….I do not know why it is going ths much I rated in India…this is the worst product on net right now…..from my side this product is like a demo model given to the customer….without operating it n the worst part is they do not provide a charger with it n everytime while charging we have to remove the straps n than we have to plug it…..it is the fake product on internet today why people are mad buying for this…..I really hate this product on internet and that’s why I have decided that I would never do online shopping specially without any secure website on internet…..the material which r used in making this product are of no use because I think before launching into the market they haven’t took the trial for the same and have launched without testing or trialing it…that’s why this product is so cheap n have no more technical people to resolve this n have no scope of growing up in the market just because of there small mistake……they are not showing Bluetooth and wifi connection and even no response to connect from mobile contact list and there are many feature that are not working properly….the specifications are shown in such a way that u can now able to change your life but in reality that’s not tire and that’s the reason the people are unlikely it after purchase of this product…..so it’s an humble request to please taken this product that it waste of money…

i orderered fitmaxsmart n recieved on 26th jan by COD, paid Rs 3000.i sent three times email but no respons. i called CC Excutive but ig nored. At last i called Karnataka customer care executive, he replied do you have google pay or paytm, i said no. my daughter used paytm. Today i called my daughter’s mobile. He asked is there balance in paytm account, i said what u mean. i said transfer my refund in my daughter’s paytm. i can not tell u he abused in very bad language. my order id is A W 6276515325319.Take action against him n refund my amount.
i bought fitmax smartwatch n recieved on 26th January. it was not as good as they show n details, so í mailed three times but no response. i paid R3000 thousand by cashI try to call customer care, i donot use any card. They insisted me for refund by Google pay or paytm. To day i called karnataka customer care executive, he asked me did u any amont in paytm account i sad what u mean is there any balance. i asked him did u refund my amount my order id isAW6276515325319.He abused very bad language. i never faced just like ur excutive. Take action immediately nreturn my refund
