The seller is supplying fake smart watches in the name of Fit X Pro and this watch is not functioning at all. They are taking payment through COD but they delivery team doesn’t allow us to open the shipment before making the payment. The shipment is done through reputed courier Bluedart and they collect the payment online through netbanking or pay and other payment options. No CC payment is available. It is a fake product and it doesn’t monitor any blood pressure or other health parameters as advertised. Also, there are no FIT X Pro app available as mentioned in the product manual.
Also, there the product return policy is not shown anywhere and there are no customer care contact details available for raising complaints
