Comparing to identical products of almost comparable price tag in the market, the product of Fitnex Sense Smartwatch stands at the bottom and not worth of paid price.
I have received the watch on 08.09.2021 and just using only time feature only. The battery exhausts very soon i.e. within 20 hours or so. Company has big claim on social sites but it is just cheating with online customers.
Would like to take refund. On the enclosed papers company has not given any customer care address, contact number as if it is assembled at road side. Now have to go through their GST details and shipping company.
Such type of cheat companies should be eradicated from social sites. I would request the prospective buyers to avoid this company product now and ever.
