I have order smart watch having order No-HM42225 brand name ” Fitnex Sense Smart Watch ” which i have received through courier of Amazon Service.
It has been found that watch is not charging/Received Defective piece. Not able to Contact the customer care also

Iam nandyal ,kurnool district, I purchased fitnex sense smart watch on 16/11/2021 it was not working ,plz refund the money
I have order smart watch having order no. HM41045 brand name “Fitnex sense smartwatch” which i received through courier & paid cash on delivery Rs/-2999.00.
It has been found defective piece and i complaint for this on customer email id ([email protected]) but they cant given any replay.
