This app/website (fitpass.co.in )is not allowing me to unsubscribe from its auto renewal and charging me every month.
The app is freezing and when I tried complaining them, their customer care phone number is unanswered and even my emails are not answered.
Also, They are charging cancellation fee equivalent to the subscription fee even if I cancel early before the billing date.

How to file a complaint against Fitpass?
* Go to page
* Write Fitpass in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Fitpass.
