On line Order was placed on being misled by the aggressive and pushy campaign by the company for this product which came out to be misleading to senior citizen like me as it is digitally oriented/dependent that too of commercial (electronic toys) grade and not professional grade with high reliability of accuracy of results. It is not intended to be serious monitoring and of suspect reliability, thus misleading in the serious health matter.
It was therefore returned by Speed Post on 5.11.2020 for full refund. It was however sent back to me by BlueDart courier on 21.11.2020 (received by me on 24.11.2020) without any comments or details. It was therefore, returned back again on 26.11.2020 by Speed Post to the company with further letter explaining its uselessness for intended purpose and for making refund. IT IS ABOUT TWO MONTHS NOW AND THERE IS NO REFUND NOR ANY RESPONSE. There is neither the watch nor my money refund with me.
