I had purchased a fit wise watch online via oder ID no .HM12677.I received my order on 11 may.2021,I paid ₹2,999 through online payment.I received this order from bluedart courier cod service.The watch is not working properly,the features of the watch are not upto the price.Its battery get low very quickly.I m not satisfied with the product.I order this product in the time of thus pandemic to check my oxygen level regularly but the measurement this watch show is not correct .I want to return the product,I tried to contact them but no customer care number has been provided.I also mailed them but it also failed.I want my money back and I want to lodge complaint against this fraud company.
