Hi,

I placed the order on 12th May,2017 and it was supposed to be delivered on 14th May,2017, Time slot for the delivery was 8 am to 12 pm. However, the order never reached my doorstep, the customer helpline did not work, they did not reply to my (5) emails either. They somehow did reply in the live chat where i was first assured that it would be delivered by 5pm and that it was out for delivery, i contacted them at 5pm again and then they said that it would be delivered at 8pm. It was not delivered after which they said that the order was cancelled and that they would refund my money in 72 hours. However, they did not refund the money. This fake company should be shut down asap!
