Ordered Redmi Note 7 Pro during the Big Billion Sale where the delivery due date for my order was 15th and when logged complaint Flipkart will respond to my complaint on 17th…what a joke…agent doesn’t even know that how much time will take for refund…says it varies from customer to customer…pathetic service from flipkart…all excitement of purchasing a new phone is wiped out and now we simply have to sit and wait for their response…
MY XIAOMI A3 ORDER ID OD117656500057546000, WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED BY 25TH JAN BUT TILL 9 PM IT DIDN’T COME, WHEN I CALLED THE DELIVERY BOY HE SAID THIS IS NOT THE TIME FOR DELIVERY. WHEN I FORCED HIM TO DELIVER MY PHONE HE CAME ANGRILY AND REJECTED MY OLD PHONE WHICH WAS TO BE REPLACED SAYING THAT THE PAINT AT BACK IS TAMPERED BUT THERE WERE ONLY FEW SPOTS OF POINT SIZE. HE ASKED FOR 3450 FOR THE NEW PHONE. AND WHEN I TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE FOR 4-5 TIMES, THEY JUST KEPT SAYING THAT THEY HAVE ESCALATED MY PROBLEM AND WERE UNRESPONSIVE SAYING THAT THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY ORDER HOWEVER THEY DIDN’T. THEY SAID ME TO REORDER AND NOW THE REPUBLIC DAY DEAL HAS GONE. THIS BUSINESS HABIT OF FLIPKART IS NOT GOOD.
I purchased a redmi go phone from this seller through Flipkart. I have been trying to return it due to some problems in the product , but the seller is not approving the return . Very bad experience with Flipkart and flashstar commerce . Suggest no one to use flashstar commerce via Flipkart
I also have same problem.with my note 7 pro.what should we do now?
I ordered MI note 7 pro and paid it well before. My product delivery date was 10th October, I have several times called and emailed to flipkart regarding my order but I was told that it will be delivered by 12th, then 15th, then 17, then 21st and now 24th. The product is in Bhiwandi and delivery address is Trident Hotel BKC. It’s just takes 1hr distance to reach the product but still I haven’t received my product
