I have ordered a mobile phone Leeco le 1s 32gb on flemkart.com for rs 5098 as COD on 06/01/2017.On 18.01.2017 they delivered the product through speed post and paid rs 5098 to the post office.But the opening the box is not a mobile phone in side a powerbank.Then suddenly i have called flemkart customer service and registered a replacement request on 18.01.2017.they said it has been mistake and replace the product with in 7 to 10 days.But now when i call on their number no one answering the call,sometimes they disconnecting the phone,and now it is switch off.i tried through their email but no response.The order id 7102729 order date 6.01.2017.My details Sundaramoorthy,Phone 7845657003,email [email protected] help me
