Flipcart – Not satisfied with Product

I have purchased one OPPO mobile from Flipcart and received the Mobile on 18 Nov
I was not satisfied with product as this fone was hanging no proper network coming in mobile. Then I have lodge the call to flipcart customer care within the policy and requested for refund the money.
They did not satisfy to me and I was thinking that they are working on my issue.
I got hospitalized from last 10-12 days and was unable to contact to flipcart.
Now I have contacted to flipcart that Return Of mobile and want my money back but they are not able to satisfy me and totaly refused for return.
However I have lodge the call within 10 days and they have wrongly closed my complain and now they are refusing for return.
Please help me for resolving this issue as I want the refund back.
