Dear Sir
I had ordered 1 sony hd b1 harddisk on flipcart, this is invoice no: Tax Invoice # F0CLV00217-00000825, in this invoice sr no of harddisk is Q0131305695 but on harddisk sr no is different tBW3DEK69120365, and now it is not working.
My 200 gb data is in it and due to this sr no mismatch i am not able to get service from sony also.
And I also checked that sony is not provideing this kind of sr no so I am sure that I got duplicate product.
My sony external hard drive was corrupted i dont had bill for this item but i had warranty card .so i need bill
