I have booked return ticket through flipkart from DEL TO DXB, while booking the option which i chose for my return ticket was of afternoon flight from DXB, and the ticket which I received after payment was of early morning flight from Dubai due to their technical error on 25th feb 2020, since that day till today I am continuously chasing them to resolve my issue as I am traveling with little child so can’t travel with that odd timings, they don’t even bothered to listen it’s more than a month I am still chasing them.
I asked them to reschedule it they asked me the difference amount of 26k Appx extras, then I asked for the cancellation as it’s not my fault then they said that for cancellation there will no no charges it’s free of cost. I have their message in writing, and when I asked them to cancel it they have asked me the 8k appx the cancellation charges.
I have suffered all my trip my doing calling them and writing them mails and continuously sending them reminder , but they don’t bother of anything.
Pls help me either to reschedule my flight or cancel it at free of cost and the way they harassed me whole month by keep calling them and they kept me on hold for 1 hour of time,need you to take action against these companies playing with our hard earned money .
