Hi, I’ve booked ticket via flipkart travel agency in april2020, and it was cancelled from the airlines side due to COVID circumstances. As per the rules they should refund me the amount. But instead of that I’m getting lot of excuses from the customer support when ever I’m talking to flipkart executive till date .
Kindly help me on above.
