Flipkart Travel
I have booked a British Airways flight ticket from chennai to london through flipkart travel for travel on 23rd Jan 2021. It got cancelled and rescheduled couple of times. So i requested cancellation and refund amount. Flipkart is asking the refund confirmation from airlines and british airways saying ” We won’t provide confirmation directly to the customer and the request has to come from Agent(flipkart)”. I told the same to flipkart several times but no use. Again and again they are asking the same questions and not responding to mails properly. Flipkart is saying that they have a request to British airways but it got rejected. But when i checked with British airways “Your agent didn’t raised any query about your ticket and they are lieing to you”. I have raised my cancellation request 2 months but still no confirmation from anyone yet. My money got blocked in between them with repeated questions and same lies.
