Flipkart Travels – Double charged for extra baggage

I booked a flight ticket with Flipkart travels. Flipkart travels charged me rupees 2500 for extra 5 kg baggage for which they didn’t provide me EMD number but to add that on base fare only. At the time of checkin Air India told me to pay again for extra 5kg (600 rupees for per kg + taxes) because there is no EMD number for extra baggage allowance so we cannot allow extra baggage on board. I was double charged and when I raised complaint on Flipkart travels they told me to raise a complaint on Air India website again and again and I do that and Air India closed the case stating that talk to your travel agency it was their fault their system fault not ours then Flipkart travels told me that they cannot do anything and cannot pay me back because it is my fault that I had paid them (putting all the blame on me). After a month of fight and repeated complaints with Flipkart travels they just closed my case without informing me saying that contact Air India only we cannot do anything. Now my money’s gone my energy is gone my brother was admitted that time and still in severe condition and Flipkart travels looted me. One time they send me a refund mail which was ment for another person and when I confronted them they apologized for their system fault. I still not get refund and suffered greatly.
