On the same date of receiving the delivery, I requested them to refund my money and they assured that their representative will talk within 48 hours of complaint, which they never did. Then after some days I called them again and they said that they have raised complaint and gave me this Number- IPN3545950. Now they are not available anywhere. My order No. is OID355684 and I received it on 2nd September, 2016. Please look into the matter and take action. Please help me to get my hard earned money back from them.
