I have ordered a pair of shoes. I received a fake product, which is not acceptable. I have called the customer care 14 times. Out of which i was heard for 4 times. The person on the other side told me that the company will reach me in sometime. I have not got a single call since. I see the cyber crime department and the consumers forum as the next option.
