ordered two things.
1. Preserved Flower Hues Tabletop, order number 7358649.
The item that was delivered on August 28, 2023, differs from the description on the website.
I called customer service and even registered a complaint after writing numerous emails and messages.
Even after three days, there has been no response or resolution. I now need to give 150 cash points, they say.
They should deliver the item exactly as shown in that image if I order something from their website. I need my entire refund. They may return the thing.
2. Flavorful Rose Adorned cake, Order No. 7354680.
The cake that was delivered on August 30, 2023, was not the one described on the website. I want a complete refund.
I’ve uploaded pictures of the incorrect items that were delivered.
