Subject: Defective and sub standard Mobile Phone Holder – Request for Replacement/Refund
I am writing to express my disappointment with the mobile phone holder I purchased on 13/08/2024. The product, which was supposed to provide a secure and convenient way to hold my phone is defective and utterly useless. It was supposed to be made of stainless steel but it is black colour of plastic mostly.
The issues I’ve encountered with the product are as follows:
-the holder doesn’t fit my phone properly, the arm is flimsy and keeps collapsing, etc.]
Very bad quality in short.
Despite following the instructions I’ve been unable to get it to work properly. This has not only caused frustration but also compromised the safety of my phone.
I would appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this issue by:
– Replacing the defective product with a new one that is as shown in the advertisement.
OR
– Providing a full refund for the purchase price

I hope my issue and problem will be resolved as soon as possible so that I don’t have to take any other way because this kind of product is sheer cheating the customer. This absolutely worse quality which has been sent to me. Please contact as soon as possible and resolve the issue.
