Food – Found maggot in thousand island dressing

I recently bought a bottle of thousand island dressing on 19 feb 2016. While eating the dressing on a bread, i found a rather chewy thing in my mouth when pulled it out it was a maggot. I would like to sue the company for its inferior product from a rather bid enterprise.
