On May 24, I ordered two football jerseys, and as of today, the order is still in the processing stage.
In fact, despite my complaints, they never resolved the problem.
There is no service request ID generated by their website that you can use to request more updates.
I’ve also emailed them about getting my money back.
I need our money returned as soon as possible. In order to stop that e-commerce site from defrauding customers, I also ask that you take some action against it.
You can see that despite having so many complaints filed against them, they are still able to operate their business.
These businesses must be subject to some restrictions and punishment.
That this type of business is still operating and defrauding customers is outrageously unfair.
Issues that we encounter:-
1. Not fulfilling the order and not issuing a refund
2. Failing to inform the customer of the latest development.
3. The customer service number is always inoperative.
