I’m a member under FHISDLS7770974. This membership is scheduled to begin in November 2021. but received not a single advantage.
I learned about annual maintenance fees only after receiving a welcome call, and I told the caller that neither my partner nor I were aware of them, and that the salesperson had not provided any information on them.
After setting up a second call from the sales team, girl Barkha informed me that we should only pay the AMC fees if we successfully book 6N/7D. Otherwise, there is no need to do so.
That was too shocking for me, but there was nothing I could do because we had already paid the money with our credit card and were making monthly EMI payments on it.
They booked a complimentary night for two adults even though I requested single occupancy, which caused us to have a bad first impression of ITC Dwarka.
While they claimed at the time of booking that we would receive a 30–50% discount on meals, breakfast was not included and we had to pay extra. The manager, Mr. Vishnu Tripathi, failed to inform us that we had to pay AMC fees before booking our trip, which resulted in a cost to me of 7200 plus 18% GST when we planned our trip to Jaipur on the second occasion.
Then Mr. Vikas from the reservations department called and demanded payment before the booking could be made. He also stated that we are unable to cancel our membership.
They have betrayed us by sharing less information and leaving out key details in order to achieve their goal, and I am becoming increasingly harassed and angry about this.
I informed Mr. Vikas that we were unaware of this and that Mr. Vishnu and Barkha from the sales team had misled and defrauded us by failing to share all of the necessary documents, including page 3 of the contract, which is missing all of the clauses. Mr. Vikas has since promised to share the agreement.
The fact that they failed to share the crucial pages of the agreement and then claimed to do so after a short period of time is a huge fraud. Additionally, we received a complimentary travel package voucher that we were unaware we needed to inform about 15-20 days before booking our trip.
If we had a positive experience, we would have told our family and friends about it. But now that Mr. Vishnu, Barkha, and Vikas have all turned off their phones and aren’t responding to us, we are being harassed.
And we are awaiting the answer.
We planned to travel to Jaipur today while on vacation, but I am now regretting that decision because we paid these FRAUDS with our hard-earned money!
regretting implementing FHIS. Please refund our money, as we feel cheated. Please take the necessary action.
