Foxyhub – Delivery of wrong product

Madam / Dear Sir,

I had ordered earbud combo of JBL and Sony from the Foxyhub company. However I ave received a very low quality headphones instead, which may not be even worth 250/-. I request you to register a complaint against the product and help me arrange either exchange for the correct JBL and/or Sony earbuds worth Rs. 1589/- which I had paid or give me refund of the amount.
The handphone are received via Ekart having tracking ID: WSPC1050201003 from Pickrr Technologies Pvt Ltd. Please address the issue urgently.
