The online recharging application freecharge is cheating it’s users by doing wrong recharges. I tried to a recharge of rs. 40 and i am in an urgency, i selected topup of 40 and in their app it shows recharge of rs. 32.38 will be given to your account and when i had done payment they done another recharge not what i have selected. Instead of paying me rs 32.38 recharge they gave me a data recharge of 200 mb.I was really terriffied as i am going for an examination and i don’t have any balance. They had done this to me twice. Please take some actions, please take necessary steps to punish them.
