I got a call from Freshndeal.com (new delhi)on 21/07/2018. They said me to purchase any product least price of ₹1299 and after that they called me and said I have been selected for CLICKTOWIN contest and asked me to pay ₹12495 as registration fees . Few days later after paying the amount they called me and said i won suzuki gixxer sf bike and ask me to pay more money but i refused as they said before they will not ask for any more money they said they will do all the necessary formalities and give me my prize. But from that day i have not receive any call from freshndeal unless i call . I alway call them to know about my prize status and they always extend the date. Its been 5 months and they want me to pay ₹36000 to receive my prize.
I want the company ( freshndeal.com ) to refund my money (₹12495) . They have mentally harassed me so please take strict action against this company.
