want to share my worst experience with Fresh to home. I have order the chicken from fresh to home one day in advance with proper time slot on next day. But as the delivery was not happened on assigned time slot, I caled customer care, and they updated your delivery will be done in 30 min, after 1 hr I called again and their statement was item is missing and can’t be delivered.. A item which is we are ordering from fresh to home is consumables not a clothes or something which we can use next day Or if won’t delivered it can be manage, we can’t find alternative way to get the same item when guest are waiting at home… It’s really a pathetic delivery system of fresh to home and i want to aware all customer ordering from fresh to home, please be cautious of their delivery system… they may be charging less cost comparison to licious, but liccious delivery pattern is really awesome.
