I had purchased mangoes at Rs 640/-
by clicking an advertisement in one of website I was reading
As the rates were less I got doubt still I went on booking through required form and payment by paytm ,then received mail with out tracking ID

ORDER #3224 so getting suspicious about d seller next 2days later I tried to login to same web site but didn’t find d site
Do any one know how to complain and whom to complain?
My Only intention Should put culprit behind bars and teach a lesson not to cheat in future to anyone
