Well, im from Mangalore Karnataka. Someone from kerala invited me to create an account in ftm international and i joined as it was an investment platform. I’ve got the payments only twice of total only ₹288. So i applied for the refund. And they told it’ll get refund within December 2020. And it’s February 2021 now. I didn’t get the refund yet. I’ve tried calling customer care number and it’s useless, they are not answering the calls. Is this a fraud?.
