I ordered and received a wall clock which is faulty. It stops working after 1 to 2 hours again and again. Till today, 5 days later, I didn’t receive any reply to my email asking for replacement.
Phone is either switched off or nobody picks up.
What’s up message is not seen either.
DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A TOTAL FRAUD!

I purchase dual side wall clock order number #5432, and wrong product delivered. I initiated for exchange but no one contacted, no reply to my multiple mails, no one giving response on whatsapp. Pathetic service. It’s already 20 days.
