Conclusion: Very cheap quality , defective products and Zero customer support. Once ordered you are trapped so be careful and buy from authentic sites instead of frauds.
This is regarding the order id 5877 placed on 2nd September.
1. Product delivery after 10 days of placing the order. In between there is zero customer support as they will stop responding on what’s app and do not have any call number.
2. Order recieved was defective ( clock was not working) again a big headache to followup with these guys. They stopped responding on one whatsapp and email. Because it’s hard earned money spent so I keep pursuing with different numbers. Finally they confirmed that there is defect in this item and refund is initiated. When amount not recieved and on follow up Funny Dekor came up with another excuse that New stock has arrived and they will send the replacement.
3. After multiple follow-ups they sent the another piece which is also defective.
4. Again the big headache of following up for refund. Now they confirmed that item will be picked up on Thursday 38th September and once recieved refund will be initiated
5. Item is not picked and there is no proactive communication from these guys. There excuses are funny as well like back to back holidays etc.
6. Now I am stuck with defective products. They will not refund and I will loose the amount.
