I ordered a turbo spin mop to fusioncollection.in on 27 September.i got a mail that we have received your order but not got my order and twice the price is deducted from my account so I need my refund and get my order as well

I order a turbo spin mop to Fusioncollection.in on 26september 2021.i gat a mail from Fusion collection.in that we have received your order, and order id- 10182,but I not got my order and amount deducted from my account.so I need my order or refund my amount as soon as possible, otherwise I going to legally for police complaint.
