I have seen ad on YouTube about sale Rs 149.
I clicked on it and it was fusioncillection on which branded items were so cheap so I ordered 32 items and choose option delivery within 24hr. When I paid they mail me that my order is under process.
Ordered on 25/9/2021 on 12:46pm but not get delivery as per condition within 24hr. No reply from fusion. My order no is #4084. Rs 8957.38 paid through debit card.
Pls guide me to get back my money. What is government policy for online shopping fraud? What documents are required to file complain and get money back. Share any case in which govt has taken action on fraud gange.
