I have ordered pack of Sandisk Pen drive 256 GB, Sandisk Memory card 64 GB and Sony mono bluetooth BT (Order # 14485) and received by E Comm Express courier bearing Number 977370157 but instead of the product that I have ordered They have sent me a sub standard product of Samsung 128 GB Memory card and 64 GB Samsung Memory card and 64 GB Kingston Memory card which are totally damaged and low quality one.
I had ordered a combo pack of 64 GB SANDISK pendrive and 256 GB Samsung memory card with 5 years warranty vide order no #17491 dated 05/12/2018 on C O D mode.
I received the product through ECOM but both the products are substandard. No item is in working condition. It seems that the damaged items are being sent to the people showing the attractive offers. No address of the shipper is printed on the invoice. Even no invoice is not given. Only name of the shipper is given on the box. It seems ECOM EXPRESS COURIER COMPANY IS ALSO a partner of this fake marketing system other wise ECOM EXPRESS must have asked the fake future zone enterprises before booking the parcel. So I want to register a complaint against ECOM EXPRESS COURIER COMPANY which booked a parcel from future zone enterprises invoice and address of the shipper like other online companies like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal etc. They provide all the details of the product, invoice, gst no etc. But this company is not doing such things. It is the way they are making money from the people and GST, is also is being not deposited in the government account
Hence I request the authority to please take cognizance on the serious fraud with the customers and government also. They are making money out of debris. Details of orders and consignment
