I have returned 2 items in one product in which one product they have received and they r saying they have initiated the refund but i have not received any refund till now of Rs. 390. Other item is missing, these people are saying they have not received other item. I said to ask from courier person so they ignored and said they will investigate where is the product. They are not investigating and making fool of me because i have not received any mail from them. If i call customer care from my registered no.they dont pick up the call and if i call from other no.they quickly pick up my call. I am sending u the order id no. Of FYND: FY270420170000377.
