Respected sir,
I am writing this to bring to your notice that a particular jeweller known as ganesh jewellers in sadashivnagar bangalore is charging customer very high on every single gram of god.
For a simple gold hangings of 2 grams they are charging 17% making and 7% wastage, this was communicated to me verbally. But in the bill they have put the making charges as 22 percent which is wrong. This is just to hide what they are doing they are not transparent in telling the customer how much making they charge and they have a lot of hidden cost. Looks like these people are not following the standards like all other jewellers in the market. Hence i am writing this to you to bring this to your notice as their should be some standards for every jewellers to adhere to.
