Ganesh Tours & Travels
We had signed up for the “Japan Alpine Route” tour, which began on April 27.
We had reservations for two families under the names Rajendra Chitnis for two people and Nagraj Iyer for four people with a child.
Since we were already in Japan at the time, we planned to end the tour in Tokyo, where we had begun it in Osaka. We therefore paid the tour’s cost without the airfare.
Before arriving in Tokyo, the tour was cut short by one day by Kesari Tours management; the reason for this is unknown to us.
As a result, the tour reached Tokyo one day earlier than expected.
After arriving in Tokyo, we ended the tour as planned. For us, the number of hotel nights was cut in half, so one day’s worth of hotel fees must be refunded.
Since the tour ended, I have been monitoring this through Tejas at your Dombivli office, but nothing has happened.
And the only response was a one-liner that stated “the issue was being discussed with HO.”
Tejas has been followed up with repeatedly, but he has very poor response skills.
Please address this matter and find a quick solution.
